My submit button won't show when I preview my form. It also won't center. How can I fix this?

    I can see the Submit button on your live form.

    You can center align it inside of the field properties.

    I tried DOZENS of times to center-align it.  Finally I gave up.

    On live view, submit button should now be aligned center.
