I sell machinery, Now i want a 'make an offer' button on every page.
Custumors now have to type to what kind of machine they respond in the form, I want to have it already specified. But i'm not going to make 200 forms for every page with this. Is there an easy way to creaty such form that already states to what machine they are responding?
Thanks you in advance

I believe Jotform developers will implement a new feature to compensate this kind of scenario sometime in the future. However, you can pre-populate data upon linking the forms using URL parameters.
Let's say you have different products Machinery1 and Machinery2. Now if you have a textbox on Jotform named "machinery_type" as a name parameter you can fill it automatically using a single form.
In your case, it can be like this:
Assuming you are using the same form but needs to have different values for 'machinery_type' textbox, all you have to do is link this to your pages and changing the values as you go to each one. Once they view the page, the machinery type will already be filled and let the user fill the rest.
For further reference on this method, you can read this section of the Jotform user guide:

In addition to ardy0689, here's a working demo: http://www.jotform.com/30412489983361?machineNaam8=Name of Machine
machineNaam8 is the name of your Machine naam field. It's explained on this guide on how to get your field name. Just replace Name of Machine to your preferred value.
