Hi, I don't understand why I get the message "form over quota" for my form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30363976647364 as not only can I not see the form anymore, I also haven't received any submissions!

If you are a free user of Jotform, it has a submission limit of 100 unsecured submissions per month and 10 secured submissions per month. Beyond this, you need to wait for the counter to refresh. In case you need more, you may upgrade your account and select one of the packages that best suits your submission volume requirements.
You can view your usage here:

Hi, thanks for your reply. I realize this, but my problem is that I didn't receive any submissions for this form, nor can I actually find the form in my archive ...

You could try logging out to your Jotform account and clear your browser's caches. Sometimes old caches interfere with Ajax requests and Jotform uses Ajax to perform its functions. It could be interfering on showing the latest status of your account.

Thanks agian, I tried that but still no change. Thing is, the original form was this one: http://jotformeu.com/?formID=30342155239347, I got 3 submissions. I then modified one of the options in the form and the new form link it generated was http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30363976647364, which is the one it claims is over its quota, but I still can't seem to see the form and have checked my emails but haven't received any submissions ...

At this point my urgent need is to find out who registered through the form (submissions). Can this still be done despite having reached the quota? Any clues as to where my form might be?!
Reading past threads it appears that I may have created the form while using a guest account - if so can anyone from the Support team help me find the submissions? My account details claim I have only receieved 3 submissions.

I can see your old form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30342155239347 and still working. Try changing it again and generate a new one and delete the current form you have.
The forms should be here http://www.jotform.com/myforms/. If you can't see the form on your archive try the "My Forms" instead located above the Archive section.
Are you using a guest account or a free account? I guess you used a different email address for your account than the one you used on your guest form so no automatic merging was done in your case. A technical support staff could easily merge it for you directly. You have to contact them.

This form belongs to a guest account (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30363976647364) meaning you are not logged in when you created this form. This is the reason why it gets overquota since guest account has 20 submissions limit per month. I have now moved this to your registered account gabizaalbescu, you should be able to find it there now. The name of the form is Clone of I want to participate in the HUB Practice webinars!
