How do I change the submission name for more easy searching in drop down box? In your example, textbox_sample

Can you please share to us your form link that you wanted to do this. We need to check on the actual PDF document of the form to better understand how you meant.

But from what I understand so far, I think you were referring to the submission field name. You can change the field label/name using the PDF editor.
