I have tried Clear Cache, and that did not help. It is happening on all PC's.

I tested your form builder, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue, the form is properly opening in the editor.

This issue just seemed to fix itself - so I assume there was a temporary glitch at the Jotform server.
All up and running now.
