some fields in the form that i created are appearing as staggered in my wp site, unlike the preview that appears on jotform.

also, the only way for my form to show up in my wordpress site page is if i embed the source code - the other ways of embedding the form do not work. if i try these ways, the actual letters/symbols/number appear. pls help. thank you.

Hi Marie, I checked your contact page and it looks ok to me when I tried it on different browsers. If what you are experiencing is the same on the screenshot, I would suggest that you turn off some of your Browser plugins.  Browser plugins are called "Add-on" on Firefox and "extension" for Chrome browser. They could be interfering on how your browser process your web page.

It could also be related to your internet connection for not loading Jotform completely. This is the case if you are experiencing internet instability at the moment.

You could also try to install the IFRAME embed code plugin for Wordpress and copy the form url link from Jotform.

To use the the plugin's shortcode after you have installed it, you need to insert this to your contact us page editor

    [iframe src="//form.jotform.me/form/12345678901"]

    Hi Marie,

It is also looking fine on my end, here's a screenshot:

Please try clearing your browsers cache and if it still not working on your end, please try embedding your form using iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code. Iframe will always work, it never create script conflicts.

Please update us for the results.
