Why is payment not received in my PayPal account?

    i have got order today from your form but i checked my paypal and no payment was received

    Since you have received the orders, it means that the form has been successfully submitted after making the payment.

    I checked your form submissions and there are no incomplete payments.

    Firstly, please check if the email address added to the PayPal payment settings in your form is correct. If correct, kindly try to check with PayPal regarding the delay in receipt of payment in your account.
