My accounts items/ categories are not pulling onto the receipts. Please provide me with directions.

If you are referring to this form which you have integrated with Square payment gateway, please note that the products details will not be passed since they are not set up within the payment gateway. This integration is just receiving the total that you are getting through form calculations.
