Is it possible to create a form that will take credit, debit card and checking account information?

I need a form that will be in compliance to take credit card, debit, and checking account information over the internet.

In addition, there is no way to collect CC information using plain text fields on your JotForm unless you are integrating a payment method on your form. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of use for more information on phishing.
