    Form is gone...

    I'm not really sure what happened.  I've been playing around with my only form most of the morning, trying to get it set up in such a way as to help our head coach and I do swim entries.  The form is still there, but it's now blank.  Everything is gone.  Any suggestions?!

     

    I see others are having the same issue and that they're coming back online. Still no luck with mine - had hoped to send this out today.

    I understand that you're having issues, but I need to know if this issue is going to be fixed SOON - I need to get this form out ASAP in order to meet a deadline.  If it's not, I need to be working elsewhere...

    We are truly sorry about this.

    The issue is on 2nd level hand's  , they are already aware of the problem and working on it. However, I cannot provide you with an ETA , all I can say is that the issue is marked with URGENCY
