How to create a field with information from other fields that would remain hidden.

I am trying to create a custom foldername for uploading to dropbox with more then just 1 set of data.

form has:

Tech - Customer Name - Date - Address - Tower Location - Package requested.

When i upload form data to dropbox - dropbox only allows me to make a subfolder based on one field above.   so what i would like to do is create a hidden field that grabs all those fields (Tech - Customer Name - Date - Address - Tower Location - Package requested)  into its own hidden field on the form  then use that as the dropbox field custom name..     

sorry if this is confusing

right now im stuck with    Dropbox -> (Customer name folder)  <-customer name field

i want  Dropbox -> (Tech - Customer Name - Date - Address - Tower Location - Package requested)  from the new hidden field that collected that data ... :) hope somebody can help
