Unable to access support pages

I receive unauthorised access error when trying to access the following:

https://www.jotform.com/answers/1777819-Some-of-the-question-labels-on-my-form-is-not-displayed-in-one-line

https://www.jotform.com/answers/1777825-How-to-make-uniform-styling

Both are support questions I asked. This issue happened to me before with other questions as well.

Can this please be fixed?

I see that both the threads you mentioned are set to be private. Which means only the user who posted the thread will be able to see.

Make sure that when you try to access the thread you are logged into the same account which you have used to post the threads. The account name I can see on these threads are dpceo.

Ah. I have updated the username from dpceo to be StreamlineWA.. that's probably why then..

Does that mean I cannot access those pages unless I rename the account again?

I set the thread as public, please view and save them if you want me to make them private again.
