Receiving Blank PDF Attachments on Email Notifications.

    I am having multiple issues with our submissions. We use these forms as questionnaires to collect setup information for customers databases and are starting to run into the following issues. These need fixed ASAP please.

    1. Receiving Blank PDF Attachments - When I pull up the submission it is filled out and I have to reprint the PDF.

    2. Certain Forms are not e-mailing the edit notifications. I have to manually go in and print these to PDF as well

    3. PDFs are rearranging to order of answers and have had to be fixed several times. 

    (This is not the form adjusting based on the answers given. It completely changes the order and I have to go back into the editor and fix it.)

    Example:

    Should be:

    Wash #1

    Wash #1 Add-ons

    ------

    Wash #2 

    Wash #2 Add-ons

    -----

    Wash #3

    Wash #3 Add-ons

    Instead I get:

    Wash #1

    Wash #2 Add-ons

    Wash #1 Add-ons

    Wash #3

    -----------

    -----------

    -----------

    Wash #3 Add-ons

    Over the last few weeks we have received several of these blank forms. It is inconvenient but not a show stopped so I have been dealing with it. It does not always appear to be the same form. I have had to reprint a few different forms because of this issue.
