Easy to use birthdate field

I need a date field that requires the person submitting the form to be at least 18 years old. 

The "Date Picker" does this through the "limits" tab in the field's settings however the entry is not easy to use. People have to enter the birthday in the format of 09-09-1999, and they are required to type out each dash. This can be inconvenient and drive down participation as we are needing them to complete the form via an ipad on the spot.

 It would be ALOT better if there was a way to scroll through month, day and year options individually instead of typing a date is needs to have a specific format. This option would also need to include the condition that the date must be at least 18 years prior the submission date.

I have inspected your Photographic and Video Consent and Release Form. I think the users can't fill out your form under 18. You set this up.A pop-up can be opened when your users click on the field. They will be easy to choose from. Please look at the field options.Sorry, we are unable to use the scroll feature in this field.

The pop up is not very useful with the birthdate feature as the calendar that pops up is the current month. They would have to click back every month of the year all the way to their birth year.

I understand exactly what you want. But forms do not have this ability.
You can start the date field from a past date.Our Android Date and iOS7 Date widgets fit the feature you want. The user can enter the age easily. But, the form cannot control it in these widgets.
