PDF Editor>>Download PDF Document: a section of fields is showing up in the preview, but not in the exported file.

On my form "2019 Team USPA Application" several fields in the Polo Information section will not export when I try to download the application as a PDF. The information is there when I export as an excel file, and when I look at the PDF on the screen, but once exported it disappears. I tried added and deleting all of the fields in the settings of the PDF and it did not help.
