Ive paid for the wrong account - pls help

    hI,  i recently messaged you about a payment we accidently made on another account,  we havent yet had a refund, can you help pls

    Please let us know the username of the account where the wrong payment was made. We should be able to process the refund.

    It seems we have already refunded the payment from your previous request:

    The refund shows as processed but does not show a specific date.  Check to see if the funds were sent to your PayPal account.  If not, let us know and we can follow up to see what happened with the refund.
