Why am I unable to download forms as PDF?

HI,
I’m running into this same problem when I convert other online forms into a PDF form, and sometimes, the website just crashes.
How do I delete the current version of the PDF without deleting the online form?
Here are the forms I am having trouble with

I have been testing your forms and I was able to download the form as PDF fillable, here is an example: 

May you try clearing your browsers cache and see if that helps? 

Also, you may try creating and deleting documents on the PDF editor, this will not affect the web form. 

To create a new document, you may click on the "New PDF" button while on the PDF editor:

The site is working as far as I can see, your account seems to be good as well, you may try clearing your browser's cache and see if the problem persists.
