Multiple Selection widget not showing results in report

Widget reports for one of the Multiple Selection questions (Select Other States Where You Are Willing to Teach:) but not the other (Select Course Names)? Not sure why. 

I do see the results in the notification and auto-responder emails as well as the attached PDF. Just not showing in report. Need to have them show in report for our client.

However, in the emails where the results are showing, it says "false", but shows the selections. Am I missing something in my widget properties?

To clarify, are you referring to the submission report or the the Form report?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

Updated widget, still nothing in report. Answers show in email notifications and form submissions in account--but not in Excel report. https://form.jotform.com/90626244675159

After further checking it seems that the submission is empty on the Multiple Selection widget field that is why it just returned a false answer.

Thanks. The question that is not transferring input data is: "Select Course Name(s):" 

The multiple select for for the question: "Select Other States Where You Are Willing to Teach:" is working and reporting to excel correctly.
