I have checked the configuration of email notification for form 90785051756262. There are multiple email notifications configured for a single form that has the same email address. That is the reason you are receiving email notification multiple times. please find the screenshot below:
You can keep one and delete the other unwanted notifications.

magdamoReplied on April 3, 2019 at 3:43 PMAlright. I think I figured it out. I was referring to my personal inbox, not my jot form inbox. I was not aware that I had an inbox on jot forms but I am able to see the uploads there.
Although, I do receive multiple copies in my inbox each time a form is filled out. How can I stop this?

As mentioned in my previous comment, have you tried by removing the duplicate email notifications in your form by going to Settings >> Emails? once you will remove those duplicate entries, you will not get multiple submissions.
