Not able to read form in Excel form when I download it.

I am trying to download Excel file of all form submission, But I am not being able to see in the exact form which it is showing online. It gets downloaded in the encrypted way which I am unable to read it.

Please reply soon. It's urgent.

Unfortunately, encrypted submissions cannot be downloaded, they are only accessible through the JotForm site.
