Text on the rich text editor does not show the same on submissions page and PDF document.

    The texts in PDF editor and in the actual PDF report do not look the same as to how it was formatted in the Rich Text.

    I have been checking your form and the PDF document, upon checking I can see the text is displaying a bit distorted as shown on your screenshot, this seems to happen due to the page size, I would recommend you to try resizing the text area element and see if that helps:

    You can also edit the page size on the designer tool, here is how:
