Why are my "conditions" not working?

I have tested your Buyer Profile Sheet form. The "skip to" conditions were working correctly.
Page skip conditions determine which page will display when you click the next button.
We can help you if you tell us exactly what kind of condition you're trying to create.

Okay, this is my first form, and I thought that immediately after a
selection is made it would move to the specified page, but I understand now
how it works, I apologize for my confusion.
