How to display multiple quuestions in form?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to create form where you can display multiple questions in one page?

I did check both the forms you have in your account and you seems to be using cards form layout. Please note that in cards form layout, you can add multiple questions but only one question will be displayed per page / slide.

There are two options available to achieve your requirement:

#1. You can add "Multi-line Question" in form to add multiple question in one page. Please check the screenshot below:
