Smooth Signature box disappears when printed

Good afternoon

We require a box on our jot form which allows a candidate to sign a printed copy at interview, all the e signature widgets and text options no longer appear once printed - is there a way of making them remain on the form to be physically signed?

Did you mean the signature field is not appearing when you print the PDF document? I see that you are using Smooth Signature, this widget is not available in the PDF editor. Could you please try using E-Signature instead, which can be loaded in the PDF editor too?
