The Jotform "contact us" plugin that i used on my WordPress site appear to be deprecated, and is no longer working :-(

To clarify, are you referring to the form in your contact us page?

Can you please explain further the issue with the embedded form?

Does it give an error message when you submit the form?

    Looking forward for your response.

     Hi Richie

The form on my "contact us" page works :)

I am referring to the little side-tab that is on all my OTHER pages except the "contact us" page - it is supposed to open a lightbox with the contact form in it when the user clicks it, but only opens a blank box...

I've tried your webpage and I was not able to replicate the issue. The form you embed using the lightbox code works as expected.

Can you check my screencast above and confirm if that is what you are referring to?

Hi Jherwin, no, that form works beautifully.  Its the Jotform feedback button on the right that is not working, its a plugin from Jotform, and my security software warns me that it is deprecated, last updated three years ago, which is maybe why it does not work?

The embedded form is not using a secured URL, please replace HTTP to HTTPS and see if that will fix the issue.

If the issue persists after doing that, please get the latest embed code of your form and update it on your webpage.

    Hi Jherwin

That dioes not really help me, as the code is set within the Jotform-plugin page ( see my second screenshot in my reply above), and the plugin page does not give the option to replace the http with https...  i can (and have) added the correct code for my Jotform, but because its within the Jotform plugin, it does not work...

    Thanks..

My question never was about lightboxes - there are quite a number of lightboxes on my websites - i know how to create one - most of these replies had nothing to do with my question regarding the PLUGIN, which was clear from the start..

Note that you must delete the existing plugin on your WP installation and download the plugin anew.

    Hi

I have deleted the plugin, and installed the updated one, and had the following results:

    - it now works on my mobile phone

    - it still does not work on Chrome or Firefox

    - On IE, it only worked after i allowed "display insecure content"..

I also replaced all "http://" on my site with "https://", but the issue still persists.  For some reasojn, chrome and firefox thinks the lightbox is "not secure".

Could the problem maybe lie with one of the other Jotform plugins that i use, i.e. Jotform oEmbed or JotForm Embed Form?

Looking forward to hear from you :-)

Cool! You may want to check in Firefox - if i go to my site here https://www.cbosss.com/training/, the little lock at the top in the address bar displays "insecure content", and when i click on that little lock, it shows, under "content blocking - cookies" that there is a link named http://www.jotform.com , in addition to other jotform links.  I suspect this may be part of the problem..

Yes, the URL of your webpage is secure but you are displaying mixed content (HTTPS) and (HTTP).

Please see these guides and see if they can help:

As indicated above, my website has already been fixed, and the report clearly indicate that it is not my website that has the insecure content, but the jotform link requesting the cookies - this should be fixed in the jotform plugin, as i cannot fix it from my side.

I did check both the following webpage and none of them is now displaying any mixed content error:

    https://www.cbosss.com/training/register/

    https://www.cbosss.com/training/course_dates/

I would suggest you to please test your embedded form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
