A form is asking for a private key

Hello We are trying to access a form submissions but its asking for a private key. We do not know how to get it.

If encryption is enabled for a form, it would require the encryption key file to remove the encryption from the data.  Here is more information regarding how to use encrypted forms:

The key file is downloaded when encryption is applied and by default is downloaded to the "Downloads" folder:

If the key file is lost, the data associated with the key is also lost.  Encryption can be removed from the form but would only ensure that newly sent data would not be encrypted.
