Hi, can we in any way use Jotform to collect personal data like bank account and passport copy for new employees

Please note that there are restrictions when you add question in form to ask bank account or passport details of user.

Collection of sensitive banking information and copies of passports are allowed given that you will add the mandatory widgets (Terms and Conditions and Signature widgets) or enable form encryption on your form/s.

Thanks so much - I was initially blocked becaused we wanted to use Jotform primarily to be our first meet with the company...I will add those to widgets to my form get back in play again! Thanks for quick reply...
