Need help with edit

There is text on the form that needs to be changed but it is not a visible area on the form when I look at the form fields. When I look at the actual form on the website, it is the text that comes in right before the submit button. I have uploaded a screen shot of the text on the form that I need to change. 

I did not find a form that shows that text neither on the form builder nor preview. Share us the link to your page or the form so we can further check this.
