When I use https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/83615471831155 it just spins.

I have checked the PDF editor of your form and see that the reports are being displayed without any issue at my end. Are you still experiencing any issue with the PDF editor?

Its doing it again. it cleared the day I posted the ticket.

I have just checked your PDF documents and they seem to be displaying correctly, example:
May you please kindly test your PDF editor again and see if it works?
Also, which browser were you using?

Yes it is working again. Google chrome. The strange thing is, my other forms never hang up. When this one was hung up this morning, I was able to go to other PDF editor forms.
FacilityForms is my account. I can log in two ways, is this a problem submitting tickets that way?

No matter how you log in, if you show logged in as FacilityForms the ticket should be opened without any issue.
