Custom Thank You & Integrations not working

    We have a form that we utilize when answering calls for our client. The form is submitted by our receptionist and she is given a customized thank you page that allows her to copy/paste the message into a groupme text message...the thank you page does not appear. The entry is logged into the jotform grid, but that's it. 

    The integration with googledrive spreadsheet is not working, the entries are not sent to google drive at all. 

    Please fix.

    My form is no longer giving the "thank you page" to submitters and is not sending us the notification email either as of yesterday or this morning. I thinnk jotform is having internal issues!!!!

    I apologize about the inconvenience this has caused you. I have cleared your form cache and sent in a test submission via your form as I was able to replicate the thank you page not showing up.


    Please try removing your integrations and then test the form to see if the thank you page comes back. If it does it most likely occurred because of a conflict from one of the integrations so you can then try adding them again but I would like to recommend that you try adding them one at a time testing it afterward each integration. If the problem continues please let us know and with your permission we can do further testing with the integrations on your account if that is alright with you.
