JotForm not printing correctly

    I have attached a copy of a portion of a jot form that is part of a registration form for my preschool. I get an email with the completed form each time a student registers. I have noticed that the section that says 1st Kids Academy has my permission.....yes or no does not print out. It has been printing until recently. My IT dept is saying Jotforms are not to be printed and they can’t control what prints just how it reacts online. It has been corrected before so I know it can be done, just not sure “How”.Please help me with this..I’ve noticed the writing isn’t bold like the other things that do print....is there something they could change to make it print?

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. But can you please tell us what is your JotForm username or your form URL link that have the issue.

    Unfortunately I could not check further because I was not able to find out your form as you were not using your username. I see you only as Guest account on this post.
