    I created a dropbox upload form. I want to allow only eps, ai & PDF files. In preview the form works like a dream. On my site I get an error message stating that .eps is an invalid file type. I need this fixed ASAP

    The extension you have uploaded is not included in your extension list property. You will need to add the extension you will to use for uploading files.

    If the problem still persist, please let me know and we can look at the next possible solutions.

    I double checked the form and I do have those extensions in the property list.

    Extension file name are case sensitive. Please take not that AVI is not the same as avi

    You will also need to add need to separate them with a comma e.g. eps, jpg

    @jtutwiler

    Please change the src attribute's value in the form code embedded in your page from

    http://form.jotform.us/jsform/30308123318140

    to

    http://www.jotform.us/jsform/30308123318140

    and let us know if that helps.

    Thanks.
