One of my users gets the following response on his computer when opening the return receipt email from jotForm with an attached copy of his form submited. Any idea why this has just started yesterday?

May we know the Form URL? If you have embedded the Form in any website then please let us know the website URL?

Looking forward to your response so that we can make a test submission on your Form.

    Thanks.

https://form.jotform.com/62754800430147 is the URL of my form.

It is not embeded on any website. I just send it out the URL monthly in a email to my users to report back to me.

Thank you for that information. However, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience. With your permission, we would like to make test submissions in your form. Also, would you be able to provide us the information of the user that encountered the issue you described when he/she submitted the form, please? Can you tell us some of the details of that user's submission, please?

I have checked the email autoresponder set up in your form and I see that the PDF Attachment option is enabled but there is no PDF Document created or associated with your form. How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

We will wait for your response.

OK, I had the pdf checked because I thought that the system created a PDF from the submitted form when using the autoresponder email back to the person that filled out the form. If the person that fills out and sends in the form will get his form back as it has been doing all along, than I can turn off the PDF attachment.

The info that my user got is the AVG warning screen above which says the autoreponder return email was a phishing email and it blocked the form content and email from being opened. I have only had one instance of a user having issues so it may be related to AVG anti-virus.

I checked with my user and he (and the rest of the users) are getting a copy back of the form in the body of the email and also an attached pdf of the report. That is why I checked make a pdf of the form because it has always worked for a couple of years now. Could the new PDF editor be causing problems with making a pdf copy of the form?

The PDF that is attached to the email autoresponder when the PDF Attachment is enabled contains the submission data of the person who submitted the form. It can be used if you want your respondents to download a copy of their submission as a PDF file.

As for the issue that one of your respondents encounter, the issue might be related to AVG Anti-virus, but I will still try to ask if any of my colleagues are using the same anti-virus and make some tests. Please let us know if, in any case, any of your respondents encounter the same issue in the future.
