First Data Integration: The Product options are not saving

    There seems to be a glitch in Jotform's product options settings.

    I want to add a new product to my existing form and when I get to the product options section in the product settings area, complete the detail for my products (description/price) and hit save option, I keep getting an error message saying I need to complete either the price of the product or the product detail. 

    So, I re -enter the requested information, hit save option, and the same error message comes up while jotform erases my entered product detail.

    You can try this on any of my forms, the same error occurs in all of them.

    I'm NOT looking for a form link! 

    As I stated in my initial inquiry, I'm having problems with the product setting options.

    Please check my Clone Summer Camp Registration Form in my account (it's not been posted on the website. Test it by trying to add a product with the Special Pricing per Option setting on.

    Every time I complete that section and save, it comes back with a "I need a price for all my options" and deletes the name of my last option ... and I've completed the form correctly.

    If you took the time to tinker with it, you would know what I mean.

    This is holding up my registration and VERY FRUSTRATING, especially when you don't carefully read what I originally wrote! 

    NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

    Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing.

    I was able to replicate the issue while creating a product and configuring prices for it under special pricing per option.

    Let me escalate it to our development team.

    Also, could you test with a separate Integration other than first data? As I was not able to replicate in my Demo form when I have used PayPal Integration.

    Let us know how it goes with a separate Integration.
