Widgets: I cannot use 'space' or 'enter' to set up options for widget fields

    We had this problem last week and were told to clear the cache. I've since done that but I can't edit the forms again. Typing letters will work but you cannot use space or enter, the cursor won't move.

     

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Can you please provide some more information on the issue? Where exactly do you enter a space in builder so we checked it from our end?

    Sorry,

    We have a drop down menu with selectable dates for appointments and when we try to edit those dates or any text in the drop down menu, enter or space doesn’t work. When I hit enter to type a new date on a new line, it doesn’t do anything. When I hit space after a new line it won’t work either.

    It happened last week as well. We were told to clear the cache but that hasn’t fixed it this time. 

    For now, we are typing all the available dates in word and copying over the entire text. That’s working for the moment but not ideal.

    Thank you for additional information. I have done some tests and it seems that 'space' and 'enter' can not be entered from the keyboard to any widget. I am escalating a bug report to our developers. We will let you know when this is fixed.
