incomplete submission

    Are you referring to the incomplete submission of the form 83357499995179? I see that the form has 9 incomplete submissions. Also, you have integrated the form with PayPal. The probable reason for the incomplete submissions is when the user failed to complete the payment process for any reason after submitting the form. In this case, once the user completes the payment then you can see that incomplete submission in the submissions page if you enable PayPal IPN.

    In case, if the submission is still under incomplete submissions tab even after completing the payment successfully, the reason for this is since you are using the PayPal - the PayPal IPN must be disabled. To automatically convert the incomplete submissions to complete, JotFrom needs the PayPal IPN to be enabled. If the IPN is disabled, the submissions will remain under incomplete submissions tab even after completing the payment.
