Is there a way to show/hide rows/columns in a table based on previous answers are given? I understand how you can show/hide fields based on previous answe

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You may consider adding two or more tables based on your needs. If there's a corresponding field to that, add one to match. So, for example, show Table A when Field A is filled. Show Table B when Field B is filled.
