Can I build a Trend Report?

I want to send a form to 50 users.  Each month I want to resend the same users the form so that they can update their info with current status.  How can their monthly submissions produce reports in the following ways:

1. Show each field's growth increase from month to month for the entire group.

2. Show each field's growth increase from month to month for each individual user.

Can I do this with Jotform Reports?

You may try the visual report. This will allow you to create graphs form the data in your submissions. You may also specify what field you would like to create a graph.

However, do note that these are the only fields that you can create a visual report.

Yes, but how can the report continue to show monthly growth increase?  In other words... The form would be re-submitted each month and the report would show the selected fields results from month to month.

To clarify, the form submissions would be edited? Or will the form user submit another form?

If the user will edit the submission, we cannot get a proper data as the data would be over written.
