I keep getting an error message when trying to receive payment through authroize.net on my jot form.

I see that you have entered the API Login ID and Transaction Key. But, it seems the credentials are invalid/expired or your authorize.net account is inactive.
Could you please try re-creating the credentials and also make sure that your authorize.net account is active?
