Hello, I am trying to integrate a payment processor into my form. I inserted PayPal but I am not seeing the "wizard" to set up the back-end payment processing...

In your Payment settings, you will need to add the Client ID and Client Secret. To access this part of the Payment wizard, you will have to click the gear icon that appears on top of your Payment settings section.
When I opened your form, I got directly to the below page.
