Email Subject

    Hi, I am trying to change the email subject on the following form

    https://form.jotform.com/51145858331960

    However, is continues to rever back to "Foster a Puppy" I have is set to use the form name but keep using foster a puppy

    The form name is  3 Puppy Sitter Application

    Can you please try to change the subject one more time? Please make sure that you you press the save button once you change the subject.
