Reservation with limits

I want to create a form for an activity with reservation. 

Each entreprise need to select an hour to reserve their time.  When the clik and submit form,  I need this hour to be not available anymore. How can I do that ??? 

We have date reservation widget that blocks date after it's selected so it can't be selected again.

Or you can use the following widget if you want to list an option with limits. Example, you can list the time slots with 1 limit each so once it is picked, it can't be picked again.
