I keep getting error code 404

    I am paying monthly for the service and I keep getting error code 404. Please help

    I see. I think you're downloading or viewing the image on your email then you're receiving 404 error page.

    That's because your account prevents you from doing so. You need to login to your jotform account so you can view or download photos uploaded to your form. Now, if you want to access those images without logging into your account, please follow the guide below.

    Guide:
    1.) Login your account in jotform: https://www.jotform.com/
    2.) Go to your account privacy settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
    3.) Uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files"

    That's it. You can now view or access the uploaded images through email without logging into your account.

    You can view submissions any time as long as your account is logged in to your app. I also did some tests on my end but, I was able to view the attached images in my form using the jotform mobile app.

    Could you please try clearing your app cache and see if the issue persists?
