Can we collect Bank details for our business?

Hi,

You advised me that my form was not complaint with the terms and conditions.

What l would like to clarify if the following:

Our business would like to collect customers bank details in order to refund them money, not collect money from them.

Can you please confirm if we are able to use your forms and if so how to make it compliant with your terms and conditions i.e., encryption option?

You just need to add the mandatory widgets (Terms and Conditions and Signature widgets) on your form/s if you are going to collect ID numbers and sensitive banking information.
