Getting an error message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed".

    The first time the online application was completed and submitted, the form worked as it is supposed to.  However, when the next person completed the application and clicked the 'SUBMIT' button, they received the error message SORRY! ONLY ONE ENTRY IS ALLOWED.  Their application was not submitted.  In addition, when they went back in to open the application and resubmit, the form was completely empty...nothing was saved.

    The FORMS STATUS and CONTINUE FORMS LATER are both ENABLED, per the User Guide.  

    Could someone please help me determine why this is happening?

    I'm able to submit the form twice. I believe you have sorted out the issue? In case you haven't yet, that error normally appears if you have enable the "Unique Submission" option.


    I cloned your form and I don't see that option enabled. If you need further helps, just let us know.
