I believe I have been double charged

    Can you please check and see that I have only been charged for one subscription per month.

    I have checked your account and I can see that you have cancelled both the plans i.e. bronze and solver on 2nd April. You account is scheduled to downgrade on 3rd May. Please check the same and upgrade accordingly.
