I would like the unique ID widget to display the ID in the form

1.    Work Order Number:  Does not show up on the preview form.  I need it to always show up so when a form is printed it is there.

The unique ID widget applies the ID when the form is submitted rather than when the form is loaded.  Since the ID isn't generated until the form is submitted, it cannot be displayed except for in emails and the thank you page.
