Top radio button field called Lets Start not showing up on PDF of submission

    The attached PDF doesn't show the Lets Start field:

    Lets Start

    You may drag and drop the missing field from the 'Form Fields' tab to the PDF document template in the PDF editor.

    Alternatively, you can delete the current PDF document template to get a fresh document.

    Once you delete the current document template, you will be prompted to add a new one.

    The new template will have the correct content.
