Requesting Forms

Good Day, 

I see you have a request for a form option. I was wondering if I had a bunch of forms templated as pdf or word docs. Would I be able to give them to you and have them replicated into an online form format? 

Yes, you can submit a request form. However, we cannot guarantee that the request will be implemented or cannot provide any time frame for implementation at the moment.
