Dynamic QR code always says " If not hidden, your QR code will appear here".

Good Day, 

Im currently working for and event registration form. But what I want is to us QR code as the passes/ID for the registered person. Everytime i include the widget Dynamic QR code it always say that " If not hidden, you're QR code will appear here. Can you please help me with this.

It seems the widget field is hidden. To un-hide the field, click on the gear icon and Disable the Hide Field option under the Advanced tab.
